Very helpful and kind staff members especially at the reception they all were great. The food was really good, super clean rooms, quiet environment. I really enjoyed my permanence there especially after the surgery was a great place to recover.

I booked Nova Pera Plaza Seaside triple room and there was no sea view at all. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They take very good care of the guests. Very clean hotel and restaurant is great as well as the spa. Took off one star due to me booking a sea view and not having a view.

Disappointing stay
English was not fluently spoken at reception. Cleaner failed to check toilet roll and replenish it or whether there was tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was poor. When phoning reception to request toilet roll and tea/coffee they were not delivered. Had to physically go down. Dining room, irrespective of pandemic, should have line on the tables. Not a pleasant place to dine and more like a work canteen. Overall poor quality.
