Trip to istanbul and chose the Reaissance as my base lovely hotel lovey staff met all me needs and excedded in expectations - If ihad to find a negative there isnt much around on foot to Taxis are readly available so depending where you want to go most places are cheaply accessable

Our TV was not working the day we arrived, and even after multiple complaints through reception it was not fixed until the next day evening. Socket in the bathroom was not working as well, and hooks were falling off the wall. Reception are all men, not a single a woman. In general the impression was not the best.

Everything was terrible: Check-in, dirty sheets (has to be changed when asked), executive room was very small with no coffee machine and the water boiler was broken. Change my room and it was as terrible as the previous one. We got a cake for our wedding anniversary which was also terrible. The key word: TERRIBLE. Disappointed member of Bonvoy Marriott !
