A very beautiful hotel in old Istanbul in a great location walkable to many fantastic tourist attractions. Front desk very helpful. Fantastic view from 6th floor restaurant with an excellent free breakfast. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel - central Istanbul & attractions
This was a wonderful hotel to stay in for our 25-year wedding anniversary celebration. The check-in concierge/reception was very kind and professional. The housekeeping staff and porter were also gracious and friendly. The room had a comfortable bed and luxurious Turkish silk curtains, wooden flooring. A little juliette balcony facing the street overlooked a leafy tree and quiet street. The location was excellent - we were a 5-minute walk from the (former) Hippodrome, Sultanahmet Square, Blue Mosque, Haggia Sophia, 10 minutes from Topkapi Palace. The breakfast on the 6th floor was outstanding every day - panoramic view of the Bosphorus, Golden Horn, architectural marvels. If you want to stay on the European side, this is an excellent choice. We felt very welcome and thank everyone on the staff for making our visit to Istanbul wonderful.

We have visited Istanbul 5 times now and this is by far the best Hotel we have stayed in. We could not find fault with it in any way. The panoramic view from the rooftop Breakfast room is amazing. The staff are always happy to help you ,the housekeeping staff are wonderful, always smiling when you come across them, fantastic !.

Had a wonderful short stay here while in Istanbul. One adult and 2 kids. The staff are all extremely welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. This location cannot be beat for being very central to so many historic monuments. They parked my car for me and we walked everywhere during our stay. Breakfast views were stunning. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at! The location is perfect to all the sights you want to see, dining, and shopping! The staff is incredible, so friendly, and helpful. The hotel is a GEM. First night, I was booked to another hotel. They reasoned that o e of their guests which was supposed to be my room did not check out due to some sickness. I was upgraded the following day though which was great. The next few nights was ok except for the last night. There was a water outage until the morning. The staff apologized for the inconvenience and they tried their best to find me a way to have a shower before I left for the airport. Good thing the basement where the Sauna and steam room still have warm water supply. The staff were great and the location is actually great! The breakfast roof top view is just majestic. I would still book with them despite the hiccups.

The reception was very helpful and friendly. The tours were nice, but the food on the ferry wasn’t the best. The Hotel overall was amazing.This place has the best location within walking distance for all the sites and attractions. Very convenient location for the tram and nearby shops. The hotel breakfast is decent and it has a great view from the rooftop. Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to experience the Spa because of time. This hotel is a great choice to stay in Istanbul. Everything is very safe and secure. Would recommend and would return if able in the future. -Sonia
