We arrived pretty late. Was a smooth check in. When I got to the room it was small and really not modern. The pictures must be of one of two rooms that they have modernised now as for 110 gbp a night it was more like staying in a travel lodge
Coffee was nice and service was good but the room was pretty horrible
This is a beautiful property with tons of potential, but they appear to have opened before they worked out all the kinks. The room was very nice, large bathroom, and wonderful balcony. The Wi-Fi is inconsistent at best and not reliable at times. The thermostat didn't work so we had to keep the balcony door open at night, which was noisy from street traffic.
The Hotel is located in a commercial district of Izmir not much around but within a 5 minute drive you are in the center of the cIty the hotel is clean quite staff are friendly
I would stay there again as the sea view from my window was amazing bed very comfortable

I didn’t like how staff during breakfast specifically ONE person tried to make me feel like a criminal for not purchasing breakfast while I always (each day) provided my room number to the person in the front to let them know that I will be having breakfast and to charge it to my room. The rest of the staff were mostly pleasant, I would like to say special thank you to the front desk staff on a night shift they were by far the most professional and accommodating.
Also, there’s a lot of construction going on around the hotel, and the dust is everywhere, it’s impossible to go out on a balcony.
Lastly, the extreme noise coming from a room next-door to mine between hours of midnight and 3 AM made it impossible to sleep.
Overall I would not stay at this hotel again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
This was a short but pleasant visit, hotel is part of an office building and mall, which made the entrance to the property confusing. Valet parking not available, so parking in mall lot was not well explained when arriving. Staff were pleasant, restaurant was average, but friendly. Bed very comfortable, which was most important
