A relaxing hotel
The staff there was very nice and helpful. There was an English speaking staff member. The room was very spacious and clean. The dinner and breakfast were wonderful. There's local shops, but no shopping centers. A good place to just relax.

・清掃されるスタッフの雑談が過ぎる、声が大きい 内容がよろしくない ・朝９時頃、スタッフの出入りする付近の部屋周りにカートが集まり、出入りするお客さまがかわいそうだった ・部屋の説明で冷蔵庫内はフリーと夫婦二人で聞いたが、そうでないことがフロントで確認できた、説明は誤解のないように伝えてもらいたい

昔ながらの温泉宿に、今風のサービスを足して工夫しています。付随のサービスが充実しているので、宿泊代の他にほとんどお金を使わずにすんで、結果的にお得。オールインクルーシブに近い感覚でした。

最近マスクを付けない接客が増えている中、ここではスタッフ全員がマスクを付けていて好感が持てた。大抵旅館に泊まると何かしら不満が出るものだが、ここは全てに行き届いており、不満は出なかった。
