Staff and environment was just top tier. From checking in, and dining in the restaurant, we had no issues during our stay. The rooms are cozy and clean and comfortable. Although the hot tub was closed off, we still enjoyed our stay. The Ohia room was beautiful. Dining dinner options was excellent and great quality food and lots to explore around volcano area! Me and my husband checked out the trails at bird park up the road in the morning, amazing views and time. Mahalo for making our stay so special ❤️

This was my city friend's first ride on a dirt road, understanding of off the grid and that, yes that included blow dryers after dark. But more than that, seeing the evidence of the power of nature up close was truly awesome. I would stay again.
