Amazing service, had water bottles always stocked as well as any toiletries. All the employees make you feel welcome and offer to help at all times. Would gladly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Kuta area of Bali.

I faced a minor issue relating to breakfast and my room, but the staff handled it swiftly and professionally. Special thanks to Gede, whose exceptional care and dedication made a significant difference. His attention to detail and warm demeanor truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. Loved our stay at the Hilton. My wife and I were there for our honeymoon and enjoyed the different food options, the beautiful view from the room, and how well kept everything was. They were doing construction on the beach during our stay, which did take away a bit from our experience, but it was government sanctioned work and out of the control of the hotel so can't blame them for that!

The gardens and beachfront location are beautiful. Staff are courteous and helpful. Lovely stay
