The hotel is very dirty, there’s mold under the sink and on the ceiling. There’s a smell on the floor hallway and room. The bed sheet has a yellow stain that looks like pee stain. We have pictures for proof. Overall, the quality and cleanliness is very bad, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not come back.

The room is big for a family of four. It took about 8 minutes to walk to the nearest metro. The road is not good for taking large luggage. There are two lifts which are not big enough to serve the guests in peak hours. The buffet breakfast is good.

While room was large it is very old and run down. Walking in, it smells like you just entered an old persons house. Noticed blackish mold looking things near the AC vent as well. Chose the hotel thinking it was near both orange and red trains but still ten or more mins from each which feels much longer in high heat or heavy rain. Area around it doesn't seem too interesting or have much either.

I like the fact that it’s walking distance to the famosa station which is connected to two metro lines in the area. Kid focused hotel. Checking in before 3 pm is not negotiable.Breakfast has decent selections. There is complementary after teas.

Spacious with open concept
Great room layout. It’s an open concept with one section for living room, bedroom and even a tatami area. Although its a guest room instead of design room (as the hotel name suggested) I am happy with the room space I have.

A family hotel
This hotel is for families. A huge amount of families with young children doing as children do- running around and screaming. That said the soundproofing was reasonable so once in my room - unless they were in the lift area - no noise. Service was very good except checkin and checkout where they were just focussed on wanting NT$600 per hour for a late checkout.

Positive: The room was very spacious with a sitting area, good sized shower and sunken bathtub. Beds were comfy. Staff were very helpful. Night market about 10 minutes away with lots of street food choices. Negative: only downside was the hot water which was not even lukewarm so if you feel like a good shower after a long day, you can forget it.
