We planned this girls trip 7 months ago. And so, our expectations are high. This location didn’t disappoint. Staffs are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The location is clean, quiet & safe. The breakfast is superb! We enjoyed every breakfast we had! We highly recommend it!

Surprisingly comfortable and loved the extras. Free breakfast was amazing. Complimentary two cocktails each night was very fun to mingle with the other guests and bartender. Room service was amazing. Location is great, within walking distance. Street parking was easy if you don't want to pay 35 a night. Would definitely return.

I was quoted a price by Expedia that was much lower than what I ended up having to pay. The hotel told me that was an Expedia issue, and when I tried to call Expedia they never answered the phone. I tried several times with no success. I am not happy.

Kapolei Embassy Suites
Friendly staff, especially at cafeteria good breakfast. Receptionist are also good. Our room need carpet to be scrub shampoo. Overall good experience. Suggestions for Embassy Suites in Kapolei, they need to do better spacing on parking lot. For $ 35/day not sufficient for SUV, VANS and Trucks.
