5-12 Oct. This resort was amazing, assisted by the beautiful weather (early to mid 30s all week). Sunbeds were mostly always available (never a battle to get one, except maybe on the jetty/private beach). The selection of food was varied and catered to all palettes, and was well labelled for those with dietary needs. All very tasty. and the on site patisserie was an added bonus each afternoon. The bar man on roller blades by the pools was a nice touch. The drinks menu and restaurant options were available via QR code which is useful. A great variety of activities during the day and the evening for all age groups. There is also a small zoo which has a small variety of birds and fish. Not a very English speaking/friendly resort so if this bothers you, find another. Its mostly Russian and German tourists. But they do try really hard to help you when needed. The only negative was the onsite spa. What they sell you and what they deliver are not the same thing. Which is a shame. Next time I would try somewhere off site after our experience. We would absolutely return to this beautiful resort.

Hotel is secluded. Away from everything.
The hotel has poor structure. Could hear that loud roaring noise of the water drainage due to d rain. Everywhere had leaks. Despite d size, hotel had no change to break large bill. The food is mostly fried. Great breakfast. This hotel is only good for spring, summer only. Otherwise, it is dead and boaring.

Almost a 3 star but certainly not a 5 star
Everything about this hotel was almost done correctly. But invariably they missed the mark. Starting with the room, the AC even at night never was comfortable, no internet, I haven't seen a TV that small in years. The hotel was all inclusive but what good is that if the food is of poor quality and the drinks are horrid. Of course one could pay to upgrade but then what is the value in that why not stay at a true 5 star hotel.

The hotel write, that they have 3-4 a la carte restaurants, but only two was open - and that was on the same site, so one day it was italien and next day fishrestaurant and one day closed. We will not come back Because of this - they should inform about that, as it is important to us, when we choose hotel.

Yemekler gayet lezzetli ve çeşitli. Animasyon ve etkinlikler yeterli. Çevre düzeni ve otel tertemizdi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve kibar. Otelde ekim başında kaldık Rus turistler ağırlıklı olarak konakloyordu. Denizi temiz ancak büyük çakıllardan oluşuyor yüzme bilmeyenler için biraz tedirgin edici olabilir. Kurumsal bir havası olduğunu girişten itibaren hissesiyorsunuz. Ki zaten Aksa jeneratöründe dahil olduğu Kazancı holding tarafından işletilen bir tesis. Tavsiye ederim.

Resepsiyon görevlisi hariç her şey güzeldi
Otelden ve odalardan genel olarak memnun kalmakla birlikte ilk giriş yaptığımız gün odamızı upsell ile yükseltmek istedik. Resepsiyonda görevli arkadaşlar ekrana bakıp back officede bulunan müdürlerine gidip sorduklarında uygun oda olmadığını ilettiler. O sırada siteniz üzerinde uygun oda olduğunu söylememe rağmen “hangi odayı satın aldıysanız o odada konaklamak zorundasınız size açıklama yapmak zorunda değilim.” Dedi. Müsait odanın olduğunu gösterip açıklama yapmak zorundasınız dedim isterseniz satın alın veremeyiz o odayı dedi. Resepsiyon müdürü/yetkilisi rus bir bey gayet iyi Türkçe konuşuyor olmasına karşın anlaşamadık. Bu olumsuzluk haricinde gayet keyifliydi.

Çalışanlar ve servis biraz sıkıntılı
Kemer bölgesinde benzer konsept çok fazla otelde kaldım. Konfor, temizlik ve imkanlar konusunda gayet iyi fakat diğer otellere kıyasla biraz çalışan konusunda sıkıntı görüyorum. Bilhassa resepsiyon ve bar bölgesinde çalışanlar soğuk ve sert. Bir içeceği istersen sanki bir daha isteme gibi bir tavırdalar. Hatta birisi "off hep de en karışık istekler beni bulur" diyor. Resepsiyondaki bir hanımefendi, "tamam anlatmama izin verin" şeklinde konuşuyor. Son gün saat 11 gibi telefonla aranıp, saat 12de çıkmayı unutmayın deniyor. Yemek alanında çay meyve suyu vs.. 2 veya 3 tane alan koyun herkes kendi alsın, oranın başındaki çalışandan isteniyor, bu sefer sıra oluyor. Hem de çalışan yoruluyor. Sadece kola ayran vs.. çalışanlar dolaşarak dağıtsın. Onu da çalışanlar sorsun bir şey içer misiniz diye. Sizin birini yakalayıp istemeniz gerekiyor. Genel olarak hem çalışanlar az hem mutsuz. Servis düşük bana göre. Su sporları alanı var fakat soran eden dolaşan teşvik eden yok. Bunun dışında alan geniş, amfi tiyatro ufak bir hayvanat bahçesi mevcut. Kapalı havuz var. Çalışan sayısı artırılıp biraz tavırları düzeltirilirse tekrar kalınabilir.
