We had an amazing time at The Lakes Hotel and Spa. The service from Patrick when we first arrived and from Benn when we visited the restaurants was exceptional. We will definitely book again.

We booked the Pines for 3 nights and we were both pleasantly surprised, it's a gem. The lodges are set around a tranquil lake and are easily accessible from the M6. The lodge was very clean and very well equipped, comfortable beds, quality bedding and towels and central heating. The staff were really friendly and informative. The bar area is relaxing and inviting, I cannot really comment on the quality of the food at the restaurant as the lodges are geared for self catering with extensive equipment, such as, a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, everything you need is provided...so we didn't eat in the restaurant but did notice the menu prices seemed expensive. Obviously been so close to major roads we expected some noise from traffic, but it was minimal and the lodges are double glazed. We really enjoyed our stay😊 I'd definitely recommend giving the Pines a visit.

We had an executive suite which was excellent, it was well worth the extra money for the space & the extra touches. The quality of the furnishings & the bedding were very good & the bed was very comfy, we slept so well. it was cleaned each day to the same standard, the only slight issue was the soap dispensers we not very full & we ran out of all by the second day & the one on the sink wasn`t filled, only the bath & shower, we made do as it was our last night. Breakfast was very good, lots of it & plenty of choice which kept us going all day.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay for business and would stay again and hopefully take advantage of the pool next time. Food and service was excellent

Fantastic food, brilliant staff and beautiful hotel inside and out.

I stayed for 2 nights whilst on business locally. My initial thought on booking was, it'll do but I was very pleasantly surprised. With it's warm, super friendly atmosphere and cosy furnishings I decided not to venture out & stayed to dine here both nights. I very much enjoyed my meals so much so I went for the Roast Dinner on both evenings - I can highly recommend. Thank you to Emma & Shane, sorry I didn't take the names of the other peeps but they were all lovely!
