This Red Lion was a nice place to stay. All the stores were close by, and the check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was great. No runny eggs like most places, lol. But the host was so pleasant. We will most definitely stay there again. Kudos to the staff.

Checked in to room 2110 which was listed as a premium room but the carpet was super damaged with major fraying near the bathroom. It was as if at some point the carpet was patched but coming apart. There were dirty black mens underwear found when we closed the curtain of the patio. It was too late to repack and request to be moved. The picture frame on the wall fell off the wall randomly, bathroom fan was super loud and was woken up by the hotel room alarm going off that we didnt set. Brought it up in the morning before checking out and the front desk personnel didnt apologize just simply said ok. Wont be staying here or recommending this location.

I recently stayed at this hotel and encountered several issues. The lack of security was concerning, as all outside doors were unlocked and didn't require a key for entry. Upon entering my room, I was hit with a strong smell of cigarettes, despite being charged a smoking fee. The odor was unbearable, forcing me to purchase an air freshener. Additionally, the carpet was stained throughout the room. At checkout, I was incorrectly charged for breakfast, despite declining it when booking through Expedia. Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing and fell short of expectations.

The staff were nice and friendly but the hotel had not been updated in a long time. There were no elevators so we had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. The windows were so dirty and covered in cobwebs you could hardly see out and there was no microwave in the room. While we were there the coffee pot stopped working as did the lights in the bathroom although staff were quick to fix it once we let them know. Finally and most important the mattress was long overdue for replacement and was so uncomfortable. And there were no outlets in one side of the bed which is hard for people with medical equipment that needs to be plugged in. We would not recommend staying there and do not plan to return.

Has upscale veneer. But nothing works. Premium room wasn’t. Broken tiles & peeled wallpapers. Days staff was rude & unhelpful. Only good thing was night clerks was super nice. 1980’s fixtures. No bedspread. Cheap towels. They or Expedia screwed up & dropped a night. So we had to pay extra & move rooms. NO USB ports, like hey, it’s 2024! No stopper in bathtub. Sliding door & screen didn’t work. Beds are horrible. Pool closed. We stayed at Quality inn early in the week. Much better value & updated functional rooms!
