great staff ... friendly a d patient.. my kids and i have been just staying here a few nights now currently homeless so it makes it nice that this place is available to us... the pricing is good it's starting to go up :( but that's okay I'm still making it everyday just happy to have a roof over my kid's head and they love the free breakfast :)

The staff were great ... They had patience with me ...it's been hard there past few weeks because my kids and I are homeless so staying here has been nice... The price was good.. it's starting up a bit but I'm still making it ... My kids and I appreciate the roof over our heads and free breakfast:)

The front desk and housekeeping staff are lovely and top notch. Everything else is just average for a low tier hotel. My stay has been in a room with two queen beds. They are definitely not queen size, they’re doubles. Not a problem, but misleading. The beds are HARD and aggravated my back pain. The blankets are rough and scratchy. I brought my own. The place is clean and tidy, albeit dated. No bugs. Free breakfast has some good options (biscuits and gravy, waffle station), but not if you have dietary restrictions. The pool and hot tub weren’t particularly clean. Lots of hair and dead bugs. Needs cleaned more often. Pet fee is $15 per pet per day, 2 pet max. I’m happy I could have my cats with me during my stay while I wait for my new apartment to be ready. It’s quiet and I couldn’t hear my neighbors unless hey were in the hall, which wasn’t often. All in all it’s a decent hotel for the price.

Property was on a Main Street so lots of traffic but it had a back entrance that made it easier to navigate the area, property was clean and inviting g with lots of options for dining and shopping as well as a fitness. And coffee drive thru across the street and shared lot with bar and grill. Staff was helpful and friendly however the walls were thin and lots of noisy people a smoke alarm went off in the late hours and a barking dog in the morning made for an early wake up call. Laundry room was clean and machines worked , pool area looked clean . Breakfast was on time and well stocked however 1 late arrival complained that there wasn’t any biscuits (9:03am) tough luck breakfAst was over at 9am . Wi-Fi had an issue but managed it after a visit to the front desk. it was a nice room with nice updated flooring, the bathroom seemed in need of a remodel as did the entire facility but the floors looked modern and easy to sanitize which made for a nice clean room, it was very budget friendly and I would stay again.

HOTEL HAS BEDBUGS!!! Stayed on Saturday the 23rd of November for one night, got home and me and my partner both were bitten overnight by bed bugs, we stayed on the 3rd floor and by the amount of bites I currently have I'm guessing most rooms have them.

No hot water. Talked to the person at the front desk and they refused to get me a new room. But she did say she would mark the room as not available after we checked out. Absolutely rude and totally ridiculous!!! Don’t stay here!!!

Wow. When you book a super 8 its usually a gamble. But from check in to check out what a great experience. Both check in staff and check out staff were phenomenal. The room was so incredibly clean which made my stay much more at ease. Parking was easy and well lit. Breakfast was great for free breakfast. Yogurt. Biscuits waffles juice and fruit. Wonderful start to our trip and will be back if passing through in the future.
