We enjoyed our stay at the Sunset. Staff are lovely and very friendly.. It’s great value for the money and close to everything. Don’t bother with the breakfast. It’s run by the restaurant next door and they are not interested. I did point that out to the Sunset staff that they were letting them down and it did improve somewhat. The Sunset staff even bought fruit to the room one morning when my wife wasn’t feeling well.

We had a good few nights stay here, the rooms were to a good standard, swimming pool was nice and the location is perfect. Only slight issue was the noise coming from the bar across the road but this didn’t effect our sleep. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

We liked the location. Was close to most everything we wanted to do. Staff were awesome. Accommodating and very friendly. The only bad part was the bed. Absolutely terrible. They tried to make it acceptable. Offered to move us to a twin bed room. If your looking for a 5 star accommodation, not gonna find it here. If you want a good location for a decent price. It’s acceptable. We would stay here again.

Very good position close to everything.

This is the 2nd. Visit & both times we have been upgraded to one of the nicer rooms.Thi s is the first accomodation where you can help yourself to extra coat hangers which is a big bonus to air clothes if like us you are travelling for months.

Huge room good location

I was very impressed with our stay. The room was the largest I have ever had for a hotel room. The only thing to consider is that it is slightly dated and can be loud from the busy street.

Close to the beach

Reservation staff were quick to check me in to the top floor which has a view of the seas. However, due to the rainy season, no sunset views were seen. Nice of them to provide umbrellas in the room, kettle and coffee too. Available book rack of books on eaxh floor for those who loves to read. And a nice comfortable chair too. Good lift and air cond. COULD be better: The old small analogue TV. The weak water pressure and cold water. The breakfast provided is delivered to the room.

Wonderful week in Ao Nang

This hotel is in a good location, great for the beach and right in the middle of the town. The rooms size is large and very reasonably priced with all the essential item including a balcony over looking the jungle in one direction and sea in the other. Just don't expect high end, this is just of room to have a good nights sleep. The breakfast is basic, but close by are other restaurants when you need a change.

Worth for value

Except water dripping from Aircon on last day, room condition is fine. But sad thing is when I asked front desk lady to clean water straight away, she said she'll ask but nobody came and mop the floor. Beach is just walkable distance and street food vendor is nearby, we have to say this hotel is worth for value we paid for as it's cheap compared others. Worst thing is breakfast, their food is second worst I've had in Krabi.
