We loved our stay here! Upon arriving, we had a wonderful greeting from Nan - she immediately made us feel.welcome, and even walked us to the room to go over all the amenities of the hotel, and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Hotel was super clean, and well organized. Wanna's Restaurant offers a great Breakfast option that we took advantage of each morning - pretty much everything you could think of - not to mention the food is fresh & very good. The Pool area was a nice surprise - two beautiful pools, which are kept spotless, and super comfortable to just lounge around. Last, but not least - the staff here is amazing. They all go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and each does their job so well. Ive visited a lot of Hotels over the years, and The L was definitely a breath of fresh air! Thank you - look forward to visiting again!

Great location perfect for shops and bars. The staff lovely and so helpful. We had a swim Up room which was perfect and a great price for such a luxury. Wanna'place was also a fabulous restaurant and best meal in our 5 nights In Ao Nang where we ate in a different restaurant every night.

It was a nice stay here. Location is perfect; right across from Ao Nang beach and lots of shopping and restaurants within easy reach. Really appreciated their airport service (600 baht one way) and the breakfast buffet. The hotel seems to cater more towards families and older folks who are not looking to party so it was perfect for us. My only big complaint was that the mattress was reallyyyy stiff, probably the hardest mattress I've ever sat or slept on; My hip and back was sore the next day. Other than that, nice stay in Krabi!

The room service was excellent. The room is cleaned as if you just checked into a new room. Breakfast was decent and the restaurant is clean. Front desk staff is very courteous and helpful. Will want to stay there again.

Staff at the L Resort was extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make things good. Running water however was sporadic and was not available to flush toilets and shower on demand. There were times we had to go to another room to shower or wait for an hour to flush the toilet. I know this is beyond the staff's control and they did their best to provide options. Location is on a main road - should you desire peace and quiet then this is not the place for you.

Rooms must have been nice in the 80’s. Need to be refurbished. Shower water pressure not good, the wanted to charge for the dirty towels. Restaurant food was just ok. Would stay somewhere else next time.

Only thing is this new bar that is close by that stays open late with a LGBT show that is too loud every night of the week. If you have AC fan on high it will help cover the loud bace from the music. Everything else is 5 star. This show should move to another part of town

Great location for shops and food. Nice pool to relax and swim at. We had a pool access room which was nice. There were some smalls ants in the room. Breakfast was a good spread and good coffee and juices.

We’ve stayed here before and love the pool access room. Nice and quiet during the rainy season. Comfy bed, good air con and nice staff. They managed to get me a taxi to the airport early in the morning when mine cancelled last minute.

We really enjoyed our stay at thr L Resort. It was a stones throw from the beach. The pool and all the rest of the facilities were great. We would definitely stay again.

Great location! But unfortunately the location is a gift and a curse. You can hear the music from the bars and restaurants near by until 3 o’clock in the morning. Room’s floors and bed had sand in them upon arrival. The staff were friendly but not too helpful and only directed you to the vendors on the street offering tours etc. Staff were also stingy with towels for bathing. Hotel seems older and a bit run down. Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Next time we will go 5 stars and a few minutes away from the main strip.
