DO NOT BOOK Holiday Paradise are useless for service. Issues from day 1, never tried to resolve my issues I tried every day of my 6 days there to get help. Place dirty, not enough bedding, electrical faults, wifi didn’t work, no toiletries, reception and reservations are appalling team together. Stay away from this and any properties ran by HOLIDAY PARADISE

The apartment was good value however the property is difficult to check in and out of with limited parking in surfers paradise and no temporary visitor parking. It’s also been 2 weeks since my stay and my security deposit has yet to be returned despite not experiencing any issues during the stay. Communication with the company that arranged the hotel is challenging.

No hot water coming from the shower during our entire stay and the water pressure was appalling. I called management which went unanswered and was diverted to a recorded message that advised to send an SMS. I sent three which also went unanswered. I also sent multiple messages via Expedia which didn't get answered until close to check-out. The bath itself was also stained. When checking out, reception advised that the booking team would be in contact in regards to a refund. No one has contacted me. Expedia have also tried to contact them to get approval for the refund but that has also gone unanswered.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were very clear instructions on how to pick the keys up after hours and the location itself was absolutely perfect, close to everything. We were able to use all the facilities that hilton has to offer too. Will definitely come back !
