The room was not clean and ventilation poor. The a/c was blowing out air all night. The shower box is leaking and wet the floor outside the bathroom. The floor near the entrance of the room is not covered with any flooring but just concrete base. The room is said to have 150 sq ft but it seems not. I would say it is the poorest quality I ever have with expedia.

Free shuttle to Kwai Fong MTR station, only 8 minutes walk to Tai Wo Hou station, only 5 minutes walk to Kwai Chun shopping mall, there are lots of places to shops and restaurants and supermarkets.

Location was abit far from shopping even though they had shuttle to the nearest mall but the frequency wasn’t that great, can improve on that. We had a free breakfast for one, but it wasn’t that desirable, so we only ate once. We stayed for 4 nights, Not enough space for clothing and the room was small… ok for Hk!!!

The pool has a shower that you MUST walk through before entering the pool area. There is no advanced warning of this so I came down in pants just prepared to sit by the pool while my husband swam. There should be a shower to the side for those who want to swim to use and then the rest of us can just enjoy our time sitting by the pool. Also there should be a small changing room in the pool area just to change in and out of swimwear.

The Western Cuisine could have more variety. Aside from that, this hotel is more than worth the stay. Close to a MTR Station (Tai Wo Hau), 7/11 right next to the hotel's entrance and convenient shuttle buses.
