Budget hotel in a convenient location. Self-service for the most part - self check-in, you have to collect towels from front desk, along with any toiletries you need. Breakfast was great, but again found the service to lack a personal touch. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were very small and hard. Hospitality was non-existent. Only great thing was the location.

The hotel is amazing staff is amazing except the one who help us during check out I she wasn’t happy that she was by her self and we need help sending our luggage to our next accommodation she wasn’t smiling and noticeably irritated about the situation but besides that’s the other stuffs we’re amazing

Vischio Kyoto is a great choice near Kyoto station (you need to cross the street from the station to get here unlike the other Granvia which is inside the station) Great morning buffet and a great onsen and dry sauna for men. Also a good lobby and a reading room with unlimited tea also makes this hotel a great choice.

The hotel’s location is very convenient. It is just 2 mins walk off the Kyoto station. The guest chill out area is great. We enjoyed a bean to cup coffee after a busy day out there. Staff were friendly. I will definitely stay there again if I travel to Kyoto.

A mere 5-min walk from Kyoto Station, with plenty of amenities and restaurants around the hotel. Room was understandably on the smaller side but more than enough for a solo traveler. Amenities bar in the lobby as well as free flow drinks in the lounge were appreciated. No complaints, would stay again
