This hotel met our expectations. The staff were friendly and happy to hold our luggage on the day we checked out. I shipped a few Amazon packages to the hotel, no issues. The room was clean and bright with a big window, and blackout curtains that worked well. We had a king bed, which can be hard to find, and one of the reasons we stayed at this hotel. It didn’t leave a lot of space in the room but we managed and it didn’t detract from our stay. The amenities were good and shampoo and conditioner quite nice. The hotel is approx 20-min walk from the main train station and close to different transit lines. There are convenience stores nearby and we liked the Donguri restaurant up the street for late night food and a few drinks. We didn’t use the public bath but pyjamas and slippers were provided.

My wife and I have enjoyed staying at this property for many times. The staff are friendly and helpful. One staff, Tsuji san helped us booked a popular restaurant. The booking took a long time, because the restaurant reception was so busy. Under the circumstance, Tsuji san was still patient and completed the booking for us. We will definitely stay at the property again in the future.
