The transport was limited, the room was small, bed was hard, i fell ill and requested an extra hour or so after normal check out time to recover however this request was denied. Overall it was an ok experience but we will not be returning.

The hotel is very nice with room size a bit bigger than ordinary hotel in Japan. The hot bath and breakfast are good too. However I found the room with many hair liked stuff at the r carpet which is a bit annoying.

写真でバスタブがあったのでこのホテル(部屋プラン)を選択しましたが、実際の部屋にはバスタブがなかった。広告の違反ですよ。 チェックアウトの日でもないのに、朝10:30にドアチャイムの音で起こされた。Do not disturb にしていなかったとはいえ、1回目で反応しないのに対して、4回もドアベルを鳴らされた。寝てるかもしれないという想像力を働かせるよりも先に、自分の仕事を優先したい従業員がいるということ。

Great location, pleasant room
Very convenient for day trips and restaurants. We visited several excellent bakeries for breakfast/brunch. The room was the best layout and had the most comfortable bed of any hotel on our several-city trip, but the temperature was not as we'd have preferred because the thermostat is centrally controlled and the window could not be opened.
