Enjoyed my stay
Great little hotel a close walk to alot of sites in the Gion area. Also have the local train line just 5 minutes walk. Only complaint were the breakfast which was basically half a sandwich and a tiny cup of yogurt drop to the room each morning.

Our stay at Rinn Shichijo Ohashi Bridge was perfect. They gave us extremely detailed and helpful instructions on how to get there, are super accommodating with luggage if you get there before check-in (we were even able to do an earlier check-in). The room was so spacious and had a washing machine which was a massive plus. The bathroom, room and hotel were all v clean and lovely. The staff were super friendly and the area was nice and chill but moments walk from the station. Two big thumbs up from us :) thanks Rinn Shichijo!

We loved our stay here. Our room was very spacious (espcially after Toyo hotels!). We had a washing machine, microwave, fridge, even an oven (which we did not use). Everything was clean and nice. Staff were extremely helpful when we had question. Location was also wonderful, super easy access to buses or subway to go to all the sights, but especially to Gion, Fushimi Inari, Ginkakuji, Philosopher's Path, as well as connections for Osaka and Nara. Also several excellent restaurants to try nearby. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to friends and family visiting Kyoto.

Apartment hotel with reception and well speaking English clerks to help out. Except there’s one mistaken fire alarm rang on 2nd day of my staying, all satisfied:) recommended this place. One block away from subway and 18-20 mins walk to Kyoto main station. Bus stop is in front of the alley and convenient stores surrounding it.

Serviced apartment with great value for money
This place is more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. The price is very reasonable considering the room size, proximity to transportation, and especially, the room size! I totally recommend this place especially if you are on business trip or have a long stay. The room is even equipped with a cooking stove and washing machine. The area of Shichijo though have nothing much to explore. But because of that reason, it is a very quiet, peaceful and safe area, and within walking distance to Kyoto Station.

Beautiful hotel!
This place is beautiful. Plenty of room compared to other hotels, and includes cooking and laundry facilities in the room. Super quick walk to the bus stop which has buses to most places. Can also walk to Gion in around 20 minutes. The only downside is that the bed is super hard. We struggled to get a good night's sleep because of the mattress. If the mattresses were changed I would 100% stay here again.

Ok location with washer!
The location was fine for us as we’re happy to walk. The room was a bit dark and not a great place to spend any time but the washing machine was really useful. Staff very friendly. There was quite a lot of noise from the rooms upstairs, we were on the ground floor. Sarnies were a nice surprise!

Great stay in Kyoto!
Room was a good size, it comes with a kitchen and washing machine (detergent is available from the front desk). The staff were all friendly and polite. You can hire bikes from the hotel, if you book this before 6pm the night before you want to use them, they'll deliver them straight to the hotel for you. The hotel is about a 10-15min walk from Kyoto station, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the popular Gion area is about 20-15min walk away. The hotel is on a quiet street and it's very safe to walk around at night.

Great location- quiet Neighborhood
Close to all transport 2-5 mins walk; Cafes, Restaurants 2-10 min walk; Kyoto Train Station 15mins walk; End of Street has bank, liquor store, 7-11, Family Mart, Post Office. Location is just perfect. Easy to access all sightseeing shrines, temples, markets etc. Room size great and spacious except bed too hard. All amenities in room were fantastic.

Great little hotel with spacious rooms, fast wifi, kitchenettes and bathtubs in the rooms. Excellent value. Only thing that could be improved is to have a staff member on the premises at night. The colleague I was traveling with exited his room at 2 am to break up a loud, violent fight between a man and his girlfriend in the hallway, and wound up getting locked out of his room in the process. No staff present to unlock his door, though, so he had to spend the night in the hallway in his underwear :(
