The Evernedes house

Charming fully renovated farmhouse with pool. Located at the edge of the river (Ceze), 1 km away from the Roque sur Ceze a village listed amongst the most beautiful villages of France in a peaceful setting, surrounded with woods and vines certified organic agriculture.
Facing the Escatte Rock where are numerous golden eagles which often come to fly above the farmhouse.
This is a sign that it is a very eco friendly environment!
You can escape by taking numerous paths in the area or stroll to the famous waterfall of Sautadet located 800 m away from the farmhouse via a path by the riverside.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Rural Idyll - perfect holiday getaway
This is the most beautiful holiday rental we have ever had in France. The house was lovely and well-equipped and the gardens and terraces calming and peaceful. The pool was great and had the best view from the whole property with the vineyard rising up to the hills above. The only problem for us was that there was only French TV and as it was the end of September the evenings were too cold to stay outside.

Wir genossen 12 wunderbare Tage in Marilyns schönem Haus und herrlichem Garten. Unser Hund konnte sich im nahen Fluss erfrischen und wir im Pool! Das Haus liegt fantastisch und hat einen grossen Umschwung mit Froschteich und ist eingezäunt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und danken der Gastgeberin für die Geschenke. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Privacy, sound of frogs and river
We had a wonderful stay at the house, which is surrounded by beautiful vineyards, borders a river and has a frog pond. The kids played outside for hours in end while we enjoyed the fireplace, cooked meals and rested. Would highly recommend!

Très agréable séjour
Gite très agréable, au calme et très bien aménagé avec un grand jardin clôturé parfait pour notre chien. Nous avons passé 10 jours sans accroc. La description de la location reflète la réalité. Pas de mauvaises surprises. Merci à Maryline la propriétaire pour son accueil et les vins de sa production à déguster. La région offre beaucoup de lieux à visiter. Nous avons profité de 4 restaurants très sympathiques dans un rayon de 2 kilomètres. Possibilité de randonner dans la forêt avoisinante. Séjour parfait pour les amoureux de nature et de calme.

Seit vielen Jahren verbringen wir unseren Familien- Sommerurlaub in Frankreich. Noch nie aber haben Ferienhaus, Grundstück, Lage und Umgebung so harmoniert! Das Mas ist liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Pool liegt bis zum Sonnenuntergang in der Sonne, unsere Hunde konnten im riesigen Garten toben, die Umgebung ist absolut lieblich, kurze Tagesausflüge nach Nîmes, Orange, Avignon und Pont du Gare rundeten unseren Aufenthalt ab. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder! Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeberin für die Geschenke bei unserer Ankunft, es war alles perfekt!!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Das Haus ist toll gelegen im Tal der Cèze, die unmittelbar an das Grundstück abgrenzt. Alles war wie beschrieben: schöne, große, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, schöner Kamin, den wir an manchen Abenden genutzt haben. Die Außenanlagen sind großzügig und durchdacht angelegt. In dem Teich quaken die Frösche. Alles sehr idyllisch. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin problemlos.

Magnifique demeure dans environnement réellement exceptionnel ! 3 très belles chambres , 2 SDD, 2 WC. Belle cuisine et très agréable salon aux assises de qualité. Cassette à bois fonctionnelle. Agréable piscine (non-chauffée cependant). Entretien des abords extérieurs très soigné. Village de La Roque splendide. Accès à la Cèze via petit sentier privatisé. Eine Oase der Entspannung
Sehr schönes Mas, dem es fast an nichts fehlt. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin hat uns absolute Privatsphäre gewährt und uns mit schönen Geschenken empfangen. Das Anwesen ist etwas abgelegen gelegen und nicht in unbedingt mit jedem Fahrzeug zu erreichen. Besonders sportliche oder tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge, werden es schwer haben. Das Haus bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz benötigt. Die Liegen im Garten könnten Topper benötigen, da sie sehr unbequem sind. Die Aussicht am Pool ist atemberaubend. Eine Kommune am vor dem Grundstück, beglückt einen beinahe 24 Stunden mit Bongomusik, wir fanden es nicht störend! Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Merci
