Just ok

They charged me twice for my dog. All the door knobs were broken in our room. There was hair in the clothing drawers and the heater made an annoying noise.

This place is a dump. We reserved a suite in hopes that it would be nice and when it was sub-standard, we moved to a different room. Both rooms were shocking. Nothing has been updated in decades. The bathtub and refrigerator were both dirty in both rooms. The paint was peeling. We were afraid to walk on the carpet without shoes. One of the worse experiences we've had in a hotel. One word -- Yuck.

Will not stay again

When we arrived we not aware of the pet fee of 75.00. Then when we made it to the room the bed had bed bugs and the bedding was dirty. Requested refund and now have to wait for when they do an inspection. We caught on bed bug and took it to the front desk. Not wanting to take the chance of spreading them to another hotel we had to drive straight home.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, room was dirty, toilet was nasty, mold on the walls (I have chronic asthma can't be around mold), cleaners come in your room without you knowing, two people checked out due to bedbugs it was a big dispute in the lobby about it. I complained about my room for two days and the manager refused to change my room. I was accused of having parties (my church had a 3 day convention and we went to all 3) there's no way I was having parties. Kicked me out of the hotel without refunding my money. The manager Sam Patel knows ways to stop people from getting their money back. Be very aware.

Okay, but could do better.

They are listed as pet friendly, but you need to know that they say dogs must be under 25 lbs. That info doesn't come up on this site. Please try to be more specific when listing property details. Also, the standard bathroom is awkwardly laid out and may be difficult to get in/out of shower if not spry and flexible.

The beds were clean and comfortable The AC kept it nice and cool. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels and bathroom essentials. The dining room was dirty, none of the tables were clean, dried batter crumbled out of the waffle batter dispenser, the waffle maker wasnt working, we had to get staff to come look at it. The syrup was very thick and the container hadnt been cleaned in quite a long time by the appearance and stringiness of the syrup. In the room , the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom (popcorn texture) The smoke alarm was hanging out of wall The coffee maker didn't work, We let the front desk know, she said they would find another but it didnt happen.

I was really impressed with the upkeep and cleanliness of this hotel. The pool was great, the hotel was clean, breakfast was great, hotel staff very accommodating. I would definitely go back.

The rooms are nice. The common spaces are very dated and need repairs and renovations. The pool area, common space bathrooms, and lounge areas need cosmetic updates and general cleanliness issues.

The bathroom floor was so dirty that it was obvious that it had not been mopped. I believe that since I brought a care animal, they didn’t think I deserve to clean room. Linens were clean, but the bathroom was disgusting. I refused to shower there.
