This modern 3 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Pernera and is within walking distance to all the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars.

Modern and spacious, the villa is fully equipped with everything you need and an ideal option for families or groups looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday very close to the beach.

Downstairs, the villa has a large and modern open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The comfortable living room has a widescreen TV with satellite, the dining area has seating for 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. There is also a W/C on the ground floor.

Upstairs has three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a stand in shower and W/C. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom has a bath tub, shower and W/C.

Wedding holiday
Villa was lovely apart from infestation of ants which got sorted and the having a power cut which again was sorted really quickly. Location was lovely and close to a few bars and restaurants well worth a stay

Excellent location
This villa is in a lovely location, very quite & peaceful. The beach, shops, restaurants and bars of Pernera are only 5 minutes walk away. We had a few issues when we first arrived no running water in the bathroom, toilet roll holder was falling of the wall & there was an issues with the bedroom door, we mentioned these to the agent during her welcome visit & within 2 hours a repair man had fixed these issues very impressed with the speed & service. The swimming pool & garden are lovely, enclosed with orange & lemon trees with a view over the field. There are plenty of sun loungers & umbrellas to relax around the pool. The kitchen is modern & very well equipped with all the white goods & utensils you need. The bedrooms are all spacious with plenty of wardrobes & bedside cabinets. The only negative about this villa is that the living room is not very welcoming or homely, it just fills like a large white box, perhaps a few side tables with lamps or a sideboard might help.

Lovely much needed break
Lovely villa in close proximity of the lovely beach and fantastic restaurants of Pernera. We had a late arrival so the complimentary bread and milk was much appreciated as was the late check out. Thanks for the use of the villa and hope to return in the future.
