Friendly staff run this fairly new property adjacent to the Sunland Park race track and Casino and Western Playland. Like most newer hotels, they are fairly noisy, you can hear the elevator chime, foot traffic in the hallway and doors opening/closing pretty easily with the door closed. Bed and pillows were comfy, bathroom was clean and decor was overall attractive. We stayed there to attend the New Year’s Celebration at the Casino. The trackside rooms would be pretty cool if you were there for the races with an excellent view of the track. No pool, no breakfast on site which most hotels of this kind (and lots of lesser properties)offer. Overall a good experience, let’s see if they can keep it nice. I’d say it looks like lots of little things aroun do the place show that there isn’t great attention to detail which could mean it will become a 3 or 2 star review in a year or two.

The hotel is Beautiful and our room had a great view of the Racetrack and Lake. I only wish you would have more of a grab and go Breakfast. There was only coffee and had no creamers. Over all great stay.

The hotel is smaller, but the rooms are pretty nice, and VERY clean. Having a microwave in the room is a big plus for me, along with the fridge and standard amenities. I like that the hotel is close to the casino, but they're not in the same building. And only hotel guests park in the hotel parking lot I believe. The casino is not too bad. No table games unfortunately. But security is always best at casinos, so less worry about getting robbed.
