The neighborhood is very calm not much traffic. The strip is 10 min away, its a great location if you just want to stay home and relax or just hit the strip at any time.

This is a corner home, high walls that will give you more privacy. Lot's of parking on the front of the house and room for two cars on the driveway.
Large kitchen doors that open to the patio with a table to have lunch or enjoy a cold drink.
