We are excited to offer our guests luxury suites at the Signature MGM condo-hotel! Get access to all amenities like any other hotel guest does, including the MGM Grand Pool. The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, this Condo/Hotel connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Please arrive early, as there may be a wait during check-in.
The Space:

This chic condo is thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities, including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as an entertainment center boasting a flat-screen TV. Dive into relaxation at the pool or maintain your fitness routine at the on-site fitness center.
Each unit offers a private bathroom stocked with complimentary toiletries, while plush towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort. There are 3 swimming pools at Signature MGM but you will also have access to the MGM Grand Wave Pool. There are two fitness centers located in Tower 1 and 3. For our Furry Friends there is a dog park located in near the main entrance in Tower 2.
