Front desk staff member Alexis was extremely rude to us. Gold Coast needs to get another Canadian restaurant. Fridays is tiresome.

15 minute walk from Caesars Palace and we didnt mind crossing the interstate via bridge, very good pool area and room was clean and comfy

Overall I would rate my stay a 6/10 and that score goes completely to the every staff member cleaning the hotel. My room was SPOTLESS and they were on it when it came to extra towels and necessities. I subtracted 4 points from my rating merely due to the staff at the front desk. They lacked professionalism and one got a little snarky with me. Additionally, I’m assuming due to the terrible area that the hotel is located in, they allow guest to use the bellman carts. There was only one or two bellman taking up luggage during my stay and about twenty bags ahead of mine!!
