Left our room at 530am and did not return until afted 11pm. While we were gone our room was cleaned at some point and we came back to our room door being open. I understand whoever cleared the room probably engages the lock to allow easy access in and out while cleaning, however it was left like that for i dont know how long allowing anyone to walk in our room. I immediately went to the front desk and they said i would be contacted by the manager. Upon check out i double checked there was a note for me to be contacted and there was not. I still have not heard from anyone.

Loved the room and liked the location. Disappointed with the constant noise during the day due to on going construction. No gym. Dust factor is an issue. I have no issues with hotel making upgrades, not disclosing current conditions before booking is my issue.

Hotel did not disclose it's current conditions. They are currently under construction. I do not have an issues with hotels upgrading but do when not being disclosed up front. The room is really nice. Liked the room alot. The noise, dust and vibrations is annoying. How can one reverse reservations when booked via 3rd party with or without insurance if the hotel fails to disclose it's current conditions.

Clean and safe
The hotel provided a clean and safe option as i came into town last minute for a celebration. Unfortunately, i arrived to a construction site. Thankfully it wasnt disruptive and i believe my room was one that had undergone renovations. With that, came a smell of construction, not appealing to the eye and the refrigerator in my room had not been set up yet. As i mentioned the premises were fairly clean and staff was pleasant and readily available.
