The hotel was fine to good. We had so few interactions with staff that I can’t give anything other than 4 stars. They were fine for the entire 2 minutes I dealt with anyone. Biggest problem is the location. It’s a shuttle ride away from the airport (15-20 mins). If you want a less expensive option close to CDG - great place to stay. It’s under the landing path, but new, spacious, very clean, and well built. If you want to tour Paris from an airport convenient hotel - stay elsewhere. Did not have a chance to visit the adjacent water park, but it was just my wife and I so it wasn’t a driving factor.

This is such a soothing hotel for hectic Paris. I took advantage of the swimming pass this time. It gives you access to a wonderful community swimming and gym complex about 2 min walk outside. They have recreational and sport swimming and hot tubs, etc. Wonderful service from Laurent and staff. Clean and modern and I love it. It is in an industrial area. Beef stew at restaurant is excellent!

Arrived late - 9pm. From desk was nice - but poor English. Complained on the safe in the room - nothing was done. On 11pm there was no hot water. Nobody told me that I need to register to airport shuttle. Shuttle drive was nice - but they throw somewhere in T2 and you need to walk a lot till the internal train and then walk a lot till T3. I will re-visit there only if the alternative is a tent

I especially liked that the shuttle picks you up at the door of the airport and takes you to the door of the hotel. Floren, the van driver, was very friendly and helpful explaining to reserve a spot on the shuttle the following morning. Dinner in the lobby restaurant was delicious. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. Room was modern, clean, and even had a robe and slippers. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this oddly named Jangle hotel.

When I checked in, I was given a room, but I couldn't open the door with the keycard. I went back to the front desk, and they reactivated the card. However, I still couldn't open the door. To my shock, the door opened from the inside, and there was already someone staying in the room! It was an extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. I returned to the front desk, and they assigned me another room, but the staff didn't offer any apology or acknowledgment of the issue. I was made to feel like this was a normal occurrence. Being mistaken for a trespasser or a thief is unacceptable. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend staying here.
