When I checked in, I was given a room, but I couldn't open the door with the keycard. I went back to the front desk, and they reactivated the card. However, I still couldn't open the door. To my shock, the door opened from the inside, and there was already someone staying in the room! It was an extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable situation.
I returned to the front desk, and they assigned me another room, but the staff didn't offer any apology or acknowledgment of the issue. I was made to feel like this was a normal occurrence. Being mistaken for a trespasser or a thief is unacceptable. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend staying here.
