When I checked in, I was given a room, but I couldn't open the door with the keycard. I went back to the front desk, and they reactivated the card. However, I still couldn't open the door. To my shock, the door opened from the inside, and there was already someone staying in the room! It was an extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. I returned to the front desk, and they assigned me another room, but the staff didn't offer any apology or acknowledgment of the issue. I was made to feel like this was a normal occurrence. Being mistaken for a trespasser or a thief is unacceptable. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend staying here.

Things to know about Jangle. The pool is a public pool 200m down the road so it may not always be available. Also the shuttle to the airport only stops at Terminal 2B. Both were my reason for choosing this hotel so this is disappointing. The room itself is bare bones. No hairdryer, locked-down soap kind of place. The restaurant was fine, but the food was nothing special. I would not stay here again.

The Jangle is a beautiful, modern hotel. Very clean and very friendly staff. The airport shuttle driver was extremely helpful and nice. I am a single, female, senior traveler and it was safe and confortable. ~~ I ate in the restaurant and enjoyed really good, fresh, creative food. I could tell the restaurant team took pride in what it served its guests. It was really good! ~~ I will defintely stay at the Jangle again.

Great up to date facility with a convenient shuttle service to the airport...i'd love to stay here for vacation but way too far away from Paris and a 70 or 80 euro cab back...metro and train end around midnight...we booked to accomodate a flight next day so served our purpose but we were scheduled to attend a Crazy Horse show so we had to cab it back...not hard to get a cab tho...everyone wants the big fare!...lots of hotwater but no airconditioning...they turn it off in the late fall which made the room 22 deg C...way too warm to sleep...we asked the front desk for a fan and they provided but i don't think they have many...i HATE when hotels offer air cond as a service but fail to inform they turn it on only seasonally...these rooms did not have windows that open either...so be fore warned.

We didn’t receive our welcome drink on arrival, the water in the shower was cold and the room was cold on arrival, shower was warmer the next night, room key didn’t work on our 2nd night, went to front desk, staff allowed another customer ahead of 3 people waiting, explained we had the same issue and the other customer was asked to wait, could’ve been avoided as the customer was allowed to jump the queue, and would’ve succeeded if I didn’t challenge the customer service rep at the front desk. Breakfast was great but water for tea wasn’t hot and took a while. Wanted the spa but it required walking outside after. In a positive note the rep who looked after us on our check out was great, we had a breakfast goodie bag to go. Still not a bad experience.
