Subsequently, when we requested a room change, we were provided with a new room, only to find a spider in the new accommodation. Unfortunately, this situation was distressing for my girlfriend, and we felt compelled to leave the hotel without staying the night.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but encountering insects in both rooms was unacceptable and significantly impacted our experience at your hotel. As a result, I kindly request a refund for the night we were unable to stay due to these circumstances.
