We found three water bugs, one of which was in the microwave. Our friends were put next to a very loud couple who woke them up during the night and kept going throughout the morning. There were rowdy people running through the motel, banging on doors late in the night. I'm not booking here again.

Looks like we were given a room in a family shelter area. The room had no ventilation however it was a smoking room. It smelled horrible. The waste basket had tampons and other things inside. Pillows and sheets were stained. Door was not closed when we arrived and it was hard to close. It was unsafe to enter that area behind the building. some guy asks for $10 to let us in which we ignored. Never again. The price we paid was a rip off. We should be refunded. Totally awful. We even chose not to have the so called breakfast. The lobby looked nice but i guess we didn't look like we deserved a better room they sent us to the back which it was cleared that it was a shelter hotel. kids and random people all over the placed.

The employees were extremely rude 24/7 mt entire stay and it was disgusting absolutely everywhere and wasn’t clean and my grandma even found a tick!!! Horrid place and i heard some guy having loud sex next to me in the other room the walls were paper thin it was extremely loud

Room could have been cleaned better and the smell of smoke should be taken care of in between stays . The TV was broken and the remote control too. The bathroom shower head was rostered also the microwave inside. The manger told us there was no refund for not staying nor offered another room.
