Wonderful location...view of the ocean amazing! We all thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. Lots of natural light due to the many windows. The private path to the beach was shorter than it looks..probably about 5 minutes. The open kitchen with anything you might need was all there. I would definitely stay at this property again!!

Lovely, well maintained and well supplied house in spectacular beach location with sweeping ocean views. This house is comfortable and very private. The path through the dunes is quite well kept and wide enough that two people can walk side by side. As beach paths go, this one is a super highway.

Rain or Shine!
This property was amazing. So beautiful and relaxing. It didn't matter if it was raining, sunny or even snowing. Yes, it snowed and was very cold. Inside the house it was cozy and warm with plenty to do. When it's too wet and cold we read, played games and in the garage there were more games! Great space for all to spread out or be together. Everything you would want & more. Will definitely come back.

Perfect in every way I could see
We spent a week in this home in early November. Location is amazing with only a couple of neighbors in sight if you look hard. Beach goes a total of 28 miles! Interior was everything we could possibly want. Play room for little kids and teen/adult foosball, pingpong, basketball etc. in the finished garage area. Kites waiting to be flown and clam guns ready to hit the beach. We have rented a lot of homes and this is our favorite ever! Simply perfect. Huge kitchen and huge TV and great bedrooms and bathrooms. Change nothing and add nothing. This home was perfect!

Great with few adjustment needed
There were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 teens. New, clean house with nature all around. Deer practically parked in the backyard, coyote traveled same path to ocean (4 minutes walk), bold eagles and plenty of seagulls. House was stocked extremely well! A few suggestions to mitigate and/or may be a better description needed: 1. It is indeed a beach view property but it is not house on the beach, if one is downstairs, you can't see ocean, and even from upstairs its not that close, as I mentioned at least 4 min brisk walk, or more. 2. Two beds downstairs are wobbly and unusable for adults (I am 125 lb woman and every time I turned bed would shake), we ended up using day bed instead. However, to be fair, those beds might be OK for little kids. I think it is crucial to note in a description. 3. Yard Crue came during our stay, opened garage and had full access to house via door to garage (we are unaware that we need to lock it). No warnings were given. Our teens were alone in the house at a time and left house promptly to go to town (a good 20 min walk) as they felt uncomfortable. 4. Path to the beach is shared with 6 family apartments/condo up the way. Location is fairly remote and the path goes right through yard, it was a bit unsettling to see other people walking around.

Great time at the ocean!
Some friends had recommended a family vacation at Long Beach, and specifically this home. It met all our expectations. Can't think of anything that was less than 5 stars! Except maybe the temp being a little cooler than preferred for August on the beach, but that is what it is :)

Beautiful views. Big windows everywhere. Spacious bedrooms. Well stocked with extra linens & kitchen appliances. Huge kitchen. Toy closet was a highlight for our 2 & 4 yr old. Great place to relax.

A little slice of heaven
Everything about this home is top notch. We found a well stocked kitchen, including an outdoor gas grill! We cooked all of our meals at home. Comfortable beds and high quality linens. Our own private path leading directly to miles of sandy beach. Game room downstairs was full of equipment for my 10 year old grandson. When the weather didn’t cooperate we stayed inside, enjoyed the fireplace with lots of great cable TV options. What’s not to like? We are already planning our next trip. An added bonus, super responsive management too!

Wonderful Long Beach getaway!
Beautiful house with gorgeous ocean views. Large, spacious kitchen with open floor plan. Our little kiddos loved the play closet! Very comfortable for 6 adults and 2 young children. We loved being so close to the beach and this house is so private! There’s also a game area in the garage! So many things to do in this house. Also, very clean and wonderfully maintained. My only negatives were very loud, squeaky doors. And when you have two babies under 2 napping and sleeping, it can be an issue. Also, we had an 80+ degree day and it was miserably hot in the house upstairs. We understand it’s a rarity along the coast, so most likely won’t be an issue with others renting this house. Aside from these two things (which were minor), perfect place to stay and I’d recommend to anyone! Thank you

Super comfortable home to spend a great beach holiday. Beautiful views of the dunes and ocean beyond with easy access to the beach via well-established trail. Kitchen has everything one could possibly need and the game closet is stuffed with games, puzzles, etc. Loved the ping-pong and foosball, too!

Idyllic Beach Property
We have been coming to Long Beach, WA every August before the kids go back to school for the past 10 yrs. I do my due diligence in picking great places to stay for the week. Each year I find a better spot and this one is the BEST. No need to look anymore. This home went through an extensive remodel and the new owners put much thought and care into it. From the views, bedding, games, game room, untensils etc...Do yourself a favor and stay here.
