It was a crafting weekend getaway. The floors are laminate which was great for crafting. It is a block from Marsh's and close to the shops. Its a perfect location and we had the 3 bedroom suite with three queen beds. Our only complaint was the heating, there is one wall heater in the main space and none in the bedrooms. We asked for extra blankets and they were accomodating.

The king suite has lots of room to live, knit, spin, fix a light meal. Great value this time of year, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

This property is right downtown Long Beach. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. We've stayed there twice and will choose it again.

The suite we stayed in was clean and quiet. Located in downtown Long Beach. We could walk to shops and restaurants. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoy the rooms. We had the king room with kitchenette. Modern, clean and very spacious. Treat basket for the dog with a blanket and pet towel plus lots of goodies was really nice!

Water in room did not get hot or warm even after letting it run 5-7 minutes and turning water controls in both directions. Communicated issue 's with front line stagf. Difficult to get a hold of property owners to resolve issues and compensation even after leaving multiple messages.

The rooms had been updated but could still use a few little extras that would make them even better, we had a 2-bedroom family suite, all was great but would have been nice to have hot pads for the oven and a dish towel. One more mirror in either bedroom would have made getting 3 people ready even a little easier, small little thing. Overall, for the price it was great!

Desk clerk I think her name was Barb? while checking in was very accommodating and friendly and helpful. My Keurig did not work so she brought me a different one gave me suggestions that were helpful. Rachele was wonderful and she was very helpful, friendly and we became friends. She is very good at her job!
