So-so
I asked about where to eat. I was told abut a restaurant that was a block away but it was closed, and when I asked for another referral I was told the first place was only open for breakfast and lunch. She referred be to another place for dinner...it was also closed. I found someplace on my own. The next day I went to the first restaurant for lunch. They did let me in (at noon:30) but they had only a breakfast menu...they don't do lunch and haven't since they re-opened after Covid. The shower was a "rainfall shower" - one where the water falls from straight overhead. Not easy to NOT get hair wet, and no shower cap was provided. Walls are thin. I could hear neighbors, and when someone knocked on a different door, I thought they were knocking on mine!

It was a crafting weekend getaway. The floors are laminate which was great for crafting. It is a block from Marsh's and close to the shops. Its a perfect location and we had the 3 bedroom suite with three queen beds. Our only complaint was the heating, there is one wall heater in the main space and none in the bedrooms. We asked for extra blankets and they were accomodating.

This property is right downtown Long Beach. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. We've stayed there twice and will choose it again.

The suite we stayed in was clean and quiet. Located in downtown Long Beach. We could walk to shops and restaurants. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoy the rooms. We had the king room with kitchenette. Modern, clean and very spacious. Treat basket for the dog with a blanket and pet towel plus lots of goodies was really nice!

Water in room did not get hot or warm even after letting it run 5-7 minutes and turning water controls in both directions. Communicated issue 's with front line stagf. Difficult to get a hold of property owners to resolve issues and compensation even after leaving multiple messages.
