Very easy to check in and check out! They have buffet style breakfast but they have servers who take their jobs very seriously! They are very attentive and are always making you welcome. Their service is beyond good! Not to mention the food is very good!

Staff was unfriendly, rarely smiles even though it’s not busy. Love the shuttle service. Toilet paper was too thin, kids were complaining it breaks down easily. Easily walkable to universal/ universal city walk. Have concierge that allows you to book a ride to Disney, lax, even Legoland.

This property itself is really great, I didn't realize there was a shuttle provided directly to Universal but it really made things convenient. The property itself was really nice but our room wasn't quite to par. The room itself was great, but the bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was hair of different colors definitely not belonging to myself or my family, the counters were dingy and not from general wear and tear but truly looked like cakes on dirt that hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Aside from this the view from our room was spectacular, we could even see a part of the park.
