Quick easy access to the park by walking or shuttle that runs About every 15 minutes. Super friendly staff, clean, coffee shop and dining available. Makes for a great stay to visit universal.

Place needs to be Fixed . Always wanted to stay here and was so disappointed . Showers have mold and not a clean hotel . Many people we talked to had the same to say , just I don't think a lot of people speak up . Had no hot water one day and had to take cold showers .
