The property and staff were great. Only having towel exchange by one pool,having to go through the restaurant to get a new towel. Some of the stairs were slippery (on bridge) . But otherwise i was vrry pleased with this hotew and will be back. Would give 5 stars if you put in a second towel station.

We had a wonderful time here. Special thanks to Iris at the breakfast buffet for keeping the mimosas flowing and Gail at the pool bar. They made our trip extra special. We've never had any issues staying at Riu's and will continue to do so! Thanks for a relaxing vacation.

Overall thought the stay at the Riu Palace was great value. Beautiful property with a friendly staff and lots of dining options. Only complaint I’d say is the quality of food was sub par. Lots of options but the quality was poor and was often cold. A la carte’s were better but had very limited menus.

They should say the time at which te kitchen closes in every restaurant not the time they definitely close, it’s like one hour difference between both

Although the staff and property were great, my husband got door poisoning on day 3 and it was so bad we had to come home. The temperature controls in the buffet and food freshness is questionable

Loved how great all the employees were so nice always smiling and saying hi. The only feedback I would say is the rooms could use some updating especially the beds, sheets, tv. Also with room Service there should be more verity of foods to chose from.

The resort and mostly the food was a let down. The restaurants shown on the property were closed most of the time. For the cost of the stay, it was not worth it for buffet style food most of the trip. Selection was very limited and we will not return. Not what we expect with the prices that are charged. We will not stay there again, there are much nicer resorts for the same cost.

Very Nice Stay
It was very good. The staff was excellent. The grounds were beautiful. The beach looked nice but the water is rough which is typical for Cabo..I knew that so it wasnt a shocker. Everyone stays near the pools and they have ALOT of pools. The food was very good..several restaurantsto choose from....no one goes hungry here. We had a swim out room which was great for us...we loved that. Next time I would stay at the Riu Baha because because it would be for older more laid back guests like 50+ which was a little quieter. We were at the Riu Palace which had a lot of the redundant thumping music but if you like that they prob play that for about 3 hours. They just really need to mix it up with other styles of music I would say. Between those properties is Riu Santa Fe which is more like a Rave...lots of partiers so it just depends what you like. You can walk the grounds of all 3. The properties are huge but nice and a good time.
