We had an adult only trip. Parking fees came at a surprise to us as we did not see fees listed anywhere ahead of time. Hotel was ok for what we were looking for. Some nights it was a bit loud, out of the control of the hotel as it was stuff going on outside.

Check in was very easy and the staff was very friendly. It was right beside our concert venue, Mercury Ballroom which made it extremely convenient. Walking distance from 4th Street Live. Our room and restroom was spotless. Will definitely stay again when we’re in Louisville.

The shower door leaked and the shower entrance is incorrectly located on the side away from the shower control valve. Also, the tp holder is inconveniently located too far behind the toilet. The main door into the room is hard to open and keep open as you enter and leave. The shower door and main door slam shut with a loud noise. The room is exposed to street noise, which makes it difficult to sleep. You, no doubt, are aware of these conditions and expect guests to cope.

Had a great stay. The beds could be newer and the wood frame stuck out so I hit my knee every time I walk past the foot of the bed and ended up with a really gross bruise. Breakfast options at the hotel would have been nice. Other than that we had good time.
