Check in time was scheduled for 4pm. Attempted to check in at 430pm and was told the rooms was not clean. The desk worker told me she had no ETA when the room would be ready. She hinted that could be multiple hours. Waited around for over an hour and spoke with a different worker who simply put us in another room. It appeared everyone attempting to check in was having the same problem.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent business trip to Louisville. As a Ford employee who travels to the area frequently, I booked a three-night stay through Expedia. Due to a change in schedule, I checked out one day early; however, the hotel refused to refund the final night, citing that the reservation was made through a third party. Because of this lack of flexibility, I will not be staying at this property again.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. Kevin, who worked the front desk was incredibly helpful with giving me options to make me comfortable to telling me about their sister property so that i may have more options for the future. The rooms were warm with comfortable beds and a quiet surrounding. I would definitely stay again.
