An ok hotel
Hotels in Lourdes are expensive and the price does not justify the quality you get. Saying this Beau Site is an ok hotel. The manager there was very kind and helpful. Everything else was pretty much basic. Good location, walking distance from the sanctuary.

we were transferred to another hotel in front of Hotel Beau Site. Hotel Mediterranee. Good hotel. I did not like the bathroom with a separate toilet room in the bedroom

Decent value for money. Good location and safe area. A lot of road construction in the area but not a major issue. The bed was very basic and the pillows were bad too. Otherwise the room and bathroom were clean and decent.

Excellent manager and reception and catering staff who take a personal interest in ensuring your visit is as comfortable and welcoming as possible. The reception staff and especially, the manager, were very helpful in providing as much information as possible. Unfortunately, the cleaners did not do a very good job of cleaning especially, the carpet, during the 4-days/5nights stay.

We stayed at the Hôtel Beau Site for one night on route to Spain. Our room was on the sixth floor which gave us a nice view of the river below and what was on the other side. The room had no A/C only a small fan which was quite adequate. The majority of quests ere British, groups of mostly young people, two or three in wheelchairs accompanied by very capable assistants. Breakfast was quite sufficient, typically continental laid out at our table. Choice of tea or coffee which was served by the waiter and who returned several times to offer more. The downside for us was the car parking. We understood that there was free parking, however, parking outside the hotel was only free from 18:00 - 06:00. Maximum parking is for 9 hours at the cost of 30 Euros. There is a totally free car park but a walk away from the hotel. There are numerous restaurants.
