I don’t really even know where to begin. My first morning breakfast was cold. The coffee was mediocre. My second morning breakfast was cold. Coffee was cold. My third morning I didn’t even bother because when I felt the stainless roll top to the chafing dish with food in it, it was cold to touch. I literally couldn’t get a hot breakfast. Who wants cold eggs? I pay for that service, it’s not free, it’s factored into the bill. The room had a clean smell, however, the shower and adjacent floors were horrifically dirty. The fungus in the shower drain and in the corners of the shower were awful, not to mention spots of black mold. Base board adjacent to the door of my room was mast dirty. I defiantly will not be staying in this establishment again, as I have recurring trips to Lubbock coming up I will more than likely stay at the Holiday Inn express that is just down the street from this establishment. I have photos of the shower and surrounding areas if anyone wants to see them.

Every time I visit this property (which I do occasionally for the past 5 years) it gets worse and worse in quality. The staff are super friendly and do their best with what they’re given. Unfortunately its just not a great place to stay anymore

You can hear everything inside the room . It was not soo clean . All the lights would shake when the top floor would walk by . Never staying again

Very dirty blood on the sheets the blankets was wrapped and there was used wash clothes in the bathroom and we went down and the worker said he was gonna go up there himself to clean the room just give him 5 minutes we gave the 2 hours and came back to a dirty room still they refused to make things right! The worker just wanted to argue

Will say we did arrive about an hour before check in hoping to get in earlier but was told our room was being cleaned. Not a problem. Once we got into our room it looked like nothing had been wiped down. There was dust on very surface in the room.
