The staff and overall facilities are excellent. The little bodega near check-in is an excellent touch if not a little overpriced. The main issue though was the bed. I could forgive a lot – like the awful shower – if the bed gave me a good nights sleep and a painless morning. I got neither. E.g. the property's bed and shower were in poor condition. Also, this hotel backs up to a warehouse or something in an empty field of other hotels, so not exactly a nice area around the property. I'd stay there with my family again, but I'd enjoy it more if they got some bed upgrades.

This was our first visit to this HIlton Garden Inn. in our travels back and forth between Colorado and Austin, we are so glad we found this hotel. The staff were just awesome, rooms spotless, nice quick breakfast and great coffee........which is unusual for most hotels. we will be back!!!!

The drinks in the cooler is outrageously priced. I do not think you should charge $5 for a bottle of water or $3 for a coke. These little things makes a big difference in staying at a motel. You are charging double for a drink so are you charging double for your room. Plus it was not clear if there was breakfast included in that price. A little disappointed in both of these.
