The staff at Laxsik are incredibly kind and helpful. After I checked out, they helped check if I had left anything behind. I had accidentally left my wallet in the room, and the hotel staff went the extra mile to send it to my hotel in Hanoi. I was truly touched and surprised by how sincere and down-to-earth they are. They genuinely do their best to ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I visit Sapa!

Sa Pa Clayhouse exceeded our expectations from the fast check-in to the walk into our executive king size room. We woke up to a breathtaking mountain view. It was magical. Very peaceful with great views and great atmosphere. Their family was super friendly and helpful. Cooked delicious food and helped with taxi’s and organising activities. Recommend getting dinner with Lang’s family and going on a trek up to Tiger mountain (Wear sunscreen and light clothing, It’s a LONG walk. Must be fit)

Country living at its best. Super nice family and enjoyed visiting with them. Property was very clean and cabin was quiet and comfortable.

We loved our stay at Jade Hill. The cabins are comfortable and peaceful, away from the city centre. Incredible views! Schedule for shuttle system to town is not that convenient with only 3 per day. However, inexpensive by taxi. We enjoyed the pool and spa facilities which were nice. I would recommend to anyone visiting Sapa area.

Exemplary service from all staff here. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with an excellent view of the fields and mountains. Cozy and tranquil. It’s not near to Sapa town though but they have an in-house restaurant with good variety of food at very reasonable prices as well. Best place for a recharge and back to nature moments.
