Well-located hotel. Great staff, clean hotel. The only real negative we can think of is that the rooftop pool was ice cold. Even on a hot day, the water was too cold to get in.

The hotel rooms are smaller than advertised and there weren’t enough loungers by the pool for the guests. The pool was also cold and the water wasn’t super clean. It’s a good location but the pictures aren’t quite reality

Excelente hotel en Gran Vía, a pasitos de Plaza del Callao, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor y Palacio Real. Fantástica la atención de todo el personal, empezando por la recepción. Muy buena selección de desayuno, y además, es hasta el mediodía! Las habitaciones muy limpias y silenciosas. Altamente recomendado! Ahi volveremos otra vez.

This property is in a fabulous location and had an amazing rooftop terrace with a small pool. Super comfy loungers, great after walking the city in the morning. Awesome staff at reception and at the rooftop bar. Unique rooms that evoked a Miami Beach art-deco vibe. Downside was that our toilet area didn’t smell so fresh. Other than that, we highly recommend this hotel for the leisure traveller.
