A lovely repeat visit to this hotel. Quite central and near the Paseo del Parque and also Malagueta beach. Frequent buses to old town. Ate at the rooftop restaurant on arrival and the garden bar on the last day. Lovely setting for drinks in the foyer in the evening. we had a sea facing room with balcony which was very luxurious

Unexpected surprise
The hotel is very pretty. The territory around it looks great. The front desk employees and other staff thought out the hotel very pleasant and always say hello once you encounter them in the hallways. Unfortunately, I can’t say that about some people working the entrance. Once before checking in I was given an advice I didn’t ask for. Second time before checking out the guy was running behind and asking for room number even after was told that I would check out later. Especially when check out is at 12 and this was before 11. I’ve never 👎 encountered anything like this before. Very odd for the 5 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms were lovely, good restaurant for food and breakfast was good. The service is the only area that let it down, a bit slow at times (not bad service but not what I expect for a 5 star hotel).
