Staff were great very welcoming, A little disappointed my messages before we arrived were not answered. small busy breakfast room. Not my taste for breakfast but I appreciate I’m not going to get a full English. Strange bathroom. Not very private as the glass is not frosted at the top. Nice enough for our short stay.

The check in process was somewhat of a horrible experience. They had problems finding our reservation but, once located, they checked us in, gave us our room keys and off we went. Both keys didn’t work so we went back down and obtained two new keys. We went back to our room and the door opened only to find that the room was already occupied!!! Omg! We quickly exited the room. Thank GOD that there was no one in the room! That could have been a verrrry scary/nasty situation for us and for them. O cannot even begin to imagine the various scenarios that we could have found ourselves in!! We immediately went back to the front desk and explained what happened. The desk person was so embarrassed and very apologetic. He had written the wrong room number on our card folder but still!! Why did our keys work for another room? We were directed to a different room with new keys which worked. Thank goodness. As a token of apology, we were given two drink vouchers. It frightens me to think that someone could have easily walked into our room! Things could have been very easily stolen. Other than that… yes, the room was super basic but the price reflected that. The food in the restaurant was better than the reviews, too.

Room was very clean. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay but would have loved eggs made to order! Pastries were fresh and coffee great. Perfect hotel for an overnighter near the airport.

It was fine for one night, clean and nice staff. The location at the airport was the problem, I walked but the route was difficult. If the hotel offered a walking route it would have improved my experience

The front desk staff were great and the room and breakfast all good for the price. The restaurant staff were far more interested in having 15minute chats as a group rather than serving us, and forgot part of our order as their minds were clearly elsewhere. As soon as we reordered, the kitchen produced it in moments. I would stay here again, but I wouldn't eat here again. There are limited options nearby but just order in.

Confusing to find and accessed from pootly paved road. No shuttle or pedestrian access to airport is just absurd! Hotel room felt old and tired - towels were like dish cloths. Selected the Holiday Inn Express due to having excellent experiences across the globe and this did not follow suit.

If all you care about is the convenience of being near the hotel then this place is for you. Rooms are dated and dirty, shower is terrible with no pressure, no shower door and water temperature that changes while showering. They have zero amenities. They should have a workout facility.

beds are vedy hard, shower little to now hot water, only 1 bath towel for 2 made available in room.prepare to queue 20 mins for a breakfast table. a plus point the sun was out.
