After a month travelling in Spain, this was by far one of our favourite hotels! A warm welcome at reception, an excellent supper, cheerful bar staff, a clean and comfortable room (with a beautiful bathtub!). The breakfast buffet was sensational, and the service staff were gracious and kind. Add to that an excellent location, and this hotel cannot be beat. Truly five star experience!

The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Estella who went out of her way to always greet us and provide assistance to us in navigating our stay and our tourist ventures. The on site restaurant had great choices and very good pricing.

Bardzo miła obsługa a szczególnie Pani która pomagała przy śniadaniu, wybór jedzenia dobry i smaczny. Pokój niestety dla mnie za głośny od strony autostrady, klimatyzacja nie sprawna nie dało się uzyskac zadanej temp, wiało gorącym powietrzem dlatego zmuszony byłem wogole tego nie włączać i w nocy było zimno. Ogólnie hotel ok łatwe połączenie autobusem miejskim z centrum oraz inne części miasta.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Proximity to the airport was my priority- the hotel was just minutes away. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast at 7 am, but caters to early morning flights by setting out a light breakfast including yogurt, cereal, fruit, and breads starting at 4 am. This was fabulous as my taxi came at 4:15 am. I was still able to have a coffee and grab a bite before a long day of travel. I would definitely stay here again just for that thoughtful detail.

This is an airport hotel located 2K from the terminal yet it did not have a shuttle to the airport. We falsely assumed it did. Our taxi ride was an outrageous 19 euros! The food in the dining room was terrible. Not up to brand standards. The room was 80 degrees (in January!) and the desk said it couldn’t do anything about it. Overall bad stay for us.

Rooms are clean but the whole hotel is older and dingy. A quick one night stay would be tolerable but no more. No mini fridge, no microwave. The hotel is half a mile from the airport and doesn’t have a shuttle. It sits in a parking lot with nothing around it but rental cars

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The sofa bed was extremely low quality and we couldn’t get any sleep. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Staff were great very welcoming, A little disappointed my messages before we arrived were not answered. small busy breakfast room. Not my taste for breakfast but I appreciate I’m not going to get a full English. Strange bathroom. Not very private as the glass is not frosted at the top. Nice enough for our short stay.

The check in process was somewhat of a horrible experience. They had problems finding our reservation but, once located, they checked us in, gave us our room keys and off we went. Both keys didn’t work so we went back down and obtained two new keys. We went back to our room and the door opened only to find that the room was already occupied!!! Omg! We quickly exited the room. Thank GOD that there was no one in the room! That could have been a verrrry scary/nasty situation for us and for them. O cannot even begin to imagine the various scenarios that we could have found ourselves in!! We immediately went back to the front desk and explained what happened. The desk person was so embarrassed and very apologetic. He had written the wrong room number on our card folder but still!! Why did our keys work for another room? We were directed to a different room with new keys which worked. Thank goodness. As a token of apology, we were given two drink vouchers. It frightens me to think that someone could have easily walked into our room! Things could have been very easily stolen. Other than that… yes, the room was super basic but the price reflected that. The food in the restaurant was better than the reviews, too.

Room was very clean. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay but would have loved eggs made to order! Pastries were fresh and coffee great. Perfect hotel for an overnighter near the airport.
