Not good for family stay
Pros: Nice and prompt customer service. Cons: Distance to Haram is quite far if you’re staying with family, Hotel needs to be cleaner (couldn’t sleep first night due to nasty smell coming from washroom pipeline), there is only one electronic charging slot in the room and that too needs a converter, No hair dryer in the washroom, Shower area was too small, Wifi is available only at the lobby (this is somewhat manageable though), Dirty neighbourhood.

The whole hotel needs to be refurbished. Dirty carpets throughtout, poor bathroom, inadequate staff cover, reception staff do not speak English. Room keys do not work, had difficulty obtaining an extra pillow, had to complain before got one!
