I paid for a premium room. Over 400$ to overnight close to the airport! Carpets were stained in hallways, floors and baseboards mouldy. Beds hard as a rock. Pillows felt like a sack of tennis balls. There were lots of gadgets and lots of stuff like Pastel de Natas in the room-ok nice touch but you can’t miss out on basic cleanliness and comfort! To me this was a very tacky property and not the premium hotel I expected from the listing on Expedia. I use Expedia all the time and have never been disappointed. On a more positive note-the bar was open upon my late arrival with food that was just OK. And breakfast buffet was plentiful. Oh and shuttle bus was full so had to walk to the airport. Just a bad experience all around. Would not complain if I’d paid 150$

We chose this location because of its proximity to the airport since we were leaving Lisbon early the next morning. The staff was extremely welcoming, and gave us cookies with check in. The process was seamless and quick. The morning breakfast is excellent and the restaurant area is beautiful. I cannot say much about the area around it, since we did not walk anywhere but it's 5 minutes from the aiport by foot and about 10 by car. Their shuttle service runs every 15 minutes and it was excellent.

Loved the amazing breakfast buffet spread, friendly helpful staff, easy walking location to airport terminal and shuttle, accessibility to metro and city. Also very much appreciated the eco-conscious efforts to use high quality body care products in dispensers and paper wrapped amenities rather than any single use plastic. Glass spring waters provided in the room and pastries were a lovely gift. Breakfast truly blew us away with the quality and variety provided, and also environmental conscience in choosing palm free hazelnut butter for example… exceptional! Room was peaceful and clean. We booked again.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and nice. Room was clean and pleasant. Soundproofing is great as it is so close to the airport. However, the food in the restaurant was subpar very disappointed in this if people stay there eat elsewhere.
