I was told it was going to contential breakfast, which I paid for and it wasn't. I asked for extra towels (bathing) I was told they were out. Asked the next day, housekeeping said they would deliver them to my room, I never received it. Overall- no extra towels was provided to me. The shower door, wouldn't stay closed while I was taking a shower. Very disappointed as a reward member.

We booked a KING suite and when we arrived after traveling 7 hours they had switched our room to a double Queen. We could make this work, but I PAID for a King suite. The worst part was the actual room. The carpeted floor was SOAKED with water from the AC unit and the shower was molded all around the top of the ceiling and around the fixtures. It smelled like pee. The sheets were “clean” but my husbands pillow smelled horrible like they hadn’t washed the pillowcases. We had to stay bc we booked a “no refundable” room through Expedia but I would advise to NEVER do that. It was awful.

If you are new to the town and looking for something safe and clean place, then this is the one. All the hotels in Memphis have weired smell but this one has great ambience with well maintainance!
