We were looking for a place centrally located in Glasgow, and this was a very convenient location, parking was important and they offered a dscount to park at the adjacent commercial car park which was simple and worked out well.

Modern, great shower with lots of hot water, friendly staff. The French gentleman who helped us at the counter was excellent, and he helped us immensely, pointing out where to go and what to seen in Glasgow. The hotel is also in a perfect location.

Staff was lovely! Parking was not included but they did have a discount which was great! The location was nice! Very beautiful area! I was able to go for a 8km run at night and I felt safe!

Hotel was clean, conveniently located and staff v pleasant but property felt a bit tired. Breakfast was poor - low quality products, bad coffee/cereals and a limited selection of other items. They have really fallen behind what equivalently priced competitors offer. Worst part was the noise at night coming from nearby entertainment venues which I imagine is worst if you have a room at the front with the city view. I couldn’t get off to sleep until 2am despite the tripe glazing.

Noise inside the room from some electrical box above the door was constant all night. Windows have zero noise reduction quality from street noise. No inquiry on checking out to ask about the stay from reception. Almost felt like “you e paid, you’ve stayed, bye!”

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are nice, well-kept, and modern. The area around the hotel is fairly central and walkable. Staff are accommodating and helpful. I'd stay here again.
