We enjoyed Edinburgh very much. The hotel was in a great location for easy walking. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom set up was really small and offered little privacy.

One to avoid.
Hotel has seen better days. family room with bunk beds that are directly below the large vent. The vent had huge build up of dust and often you would find it over the white linen. AC locked so cannot freely change climate in the room. Even when off the vent does not stop so my son ended up getting sick from the cold air through the night.

I visits Edinburgh once a year and this is always my go-to. I love the modern gym and the complimentary tea/coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day. Modern yet quiet and next to some fantastic restaurants.

A very modern hotel which utilises space well. Found the tea and coffee station downstairs a bit of a pain as we were in the back of the hotel, and there were no hot chocolate sachets.

Yotel is superbly located, very close to the Edinburgh city center. We stayed in the family room, which was spacious, with comfortable and clean beds. However, one aspect we didn't appreciate was that the bathroom and toilet walls are made of glass, making the person inside visible as a shadow. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable as a family. Breakfast is available at an additional cost and offers a good variety of continental options, though the selection isn't extensive. We particularly liked the reclining bed and the blackout curtains, which added to our comfort.

Great stay!
Our group had a great stay. The hotel is in a brilliant location within easy walking distance to the a selection of great cafe's and restaurants. The rooms were cool and futuristic, with comfortable beds, good showers. The bar had a good selection of cocktails. All staff were friendly and helpful.
