Great central location. Walking distance to shops and eateries. Decor very dated, needs renovation but was clean. Blanket used on bed with flat sheet. Very 80's. Not sure if it is changed regularly. Should change to quilt/doona.

Property quite run down . Room draughty and drab ,peeling wallpaper, noisy neighbours, loud arguing during the night . Otherwise a convenient central location to all shops and walks.

The best motel in town if you don't have a car, and if you do have a car, parking is all good too. Easy walk from the interstate bus stop, close to excellent inner city standard coffee shops, friendly easy-going management, even Netflix. Shopping is great in Merimbula, they do have Aldis. That matters. Better shopping than I have in the inner city. That is for everyday essentials. And of course, Merimbula has it all, if not, the area has it all if you have a car.
